In my DD, I have noticed a lot of "We are in talks with....." statements from this company and it's CEO. But it does not seem to bear fruit with any of the PR's and updates. No mention of these highly secretive companies by name (common not all have NDE's) A bunch of sizzle but there is NO steak.
Most OTC/pink sheet stocks that put out constant "We are in talks with and Potential partners with" are just trying to bump up the share price. These companies are called scams.
My opinion.
