it never did pass the smell test

and why when *first* hit piece went off in July 2010 on P2O .. my radar pinged
when it was *coincidentally* coupled (done within 24 hours) with CSTI's *arrival*

the old *making a market* crap ..

i still think ETRADE .. (also) has huge problems specific to PTOI .. from years back
