it's my opinion about Seneca's cert being *accessed* EO 2014
based on *circumstantial* evidence factually reported *previously*
IB >> and *relaxation* of legal short data reported in the last week of 2014
btw *imo* = in my opinion
that doesn't change anything pertaining to the penny shill's post
but of course *goal* was to PROvoke .. and probably entailed a wee bit of fishin'
