POTR...you make a valid point, but a buyout could be structured where the owners of THCZ remain in control with the money backing expansion, advertising, warehousing, production, etc. would come under control of the buyout entity. As things are going, THCZ will need a second production canning operation to fulfil ever increasing orders. A greenfield canning/bottling plant is expensive whereas DP, C or whomever with a established plant could shift production to one of their plants and not skip a beat. Again, smiles no matter what happens ! Very long-Very strong !
