Many good posts by Benster, Choover, and all concerning the a R/S. Baltia has stated as Choover said, they have no plans for a R/S, in the foreseeable future. R/S can be both wonderful and bad as Benster discussed, but of course it is not the R/S itself but why the company is doing the R/S and when they are doing it that matter.
I think at some point, and of course depending on where the OS is by the time we/Baltia starts to make income will depend on what kind of R/S will be seen. It is my humble opinion at minimum we will see a 10 to 1 RS, but I think a 15 to 1, will bring us right in line with OS shares of most airlines. I am not sure if there is a sweet number for this industry in terms of OS, but anyways, somewhere in the 400-600 million shares seems to be the place to be.
Do not fear a R/S if done at the right time, or at any time when a company is healthy, you will at least times your money by the same amount the shares are divided. If done at an opportune time it could be a catalyst to each persons Baltia portfolio being substantially greater in value, but of course with an equivalent ratio of smaller amount of shares.
Remember 3 million shares at 10 cents a share is $300,000, the same shareholder after a 10 to 1 split, would have 300,000 shares at a dollar a share for the same 300,000 dollars. I am not sure what the min PPS is to get on the larger trading format, but if a dollar is the minimum, and it moves us to another better trading tier, and makes it more a wanted trading stock. THEN WHY NOT!!
Flip side is some will say well at 10 cents a share, it could possible go up to 20 cents a share in a heart beat thus doubling my money to $600,000.
Other might say sure that is possible, but by being on a larger traded site, it should grow as well but more steadily both in the ups and downs. While the doubling may not occur from $1 a share to $2 a share over night, it just may have a much much better chance after a year or any significant amount of time greater than day/few days. Getting to $2 a share, staying there, and even going up, is a better chance on a bigger exchange then say the other option might go to 20 cents, and the next day be down to 11 cents.
As we all know the lower the PPS the lower tier exchange, and the greater chance the likelihood PPS gets manipulated by bashers, and paid folks to keep it down
Of course both win or lose is possible with any penny stock, and a R/S is a tool to change the OS and shares PPS. Like any tool if used properly, it makes a job, better than without. If used wrong, it can screw a project over quicker than not using it.
