and why they are so screwed with even only 80% of the DOTS CONnected
remember the *legal* short stats .. which are as perverted as most other PTOI stats
anyone else make the CONnection that *stats relaxed enough* to show a %
far more *realistic* in Dec 2014 .. than had been *shown* for most 2 week time frames various colluding entities *reported*
just a reminder ..
like magic .. 12.31.14 morphs to 103,197 .. vs the bookended 5200s done by rote re: PTOI
i strongly suspect the *relaxation* came about because they *could*
remember the obvious here .. Pacer update re: Seneca on 12.18.14
remember the other obvious .. over 90+ days IB had NOTHING to show re: PTOI shares to access *to short*
that all changed @ the EO Dec 2014 ..
