so the mult-layered lies subsumed in the bashers premise are totally false
taking a co private would be a very PUBLIC process-AFTER B/D approval and AFTER shareholder approval- and AFTER publicly setting record dates etc would probably take a month or more-so holders would have plenty of time to make a decision to buy or sell prior to the record date etc
if 50% approve the pps of the tender offer then everybody who owns on the record date-100% of the then public shares- would receive the tender offer price for their shares
