Not much risk a .01 unless it goes lower. A person would need to buy much more to average down in most cases. If your average is nickel it's probably worth the risk to buy. Hey, I'm on the sidelines and not interest unless there is proof significant sales. Wrote off most of my losses and can't get hurt with what's left. imo
