All core Microsoft apps are free whenever you purchase a Hub. So that monthly $9.99 Office subscription should not be a cause for concern if you are planning to get the device. The Surface Hub can be controlled by a finger, stylus, and even voice, and comes with the ability to stream your screen’s content on to a participant’s device. ( MERSIVE? 4k?)
