Imo the FAA wont do a full scale mini, it will be specific to the area of the loose lever if that was the only problem, maybe this is the reason it has taken a bit of time for them to decide and not waste everyones time. If the safety check on a car passes 99 percent and a door handle is loose, you don't check the brakes, tires, lines, engine, seatbelts etc all over again those areas have already passed, you check the door and door handle that was defected this is just common sense.

Just maybe we are tentatively a pass pending a check of the part and area that was defected. Who knows.
