Manufacturers with good products are not likely to have a problem raising funds.
DSUS has commercial / industrial grade drones for daily use by law enforcement, rescue, pipeline / gas line / water line survey etc and partners for thermal IR cameras and LED strobe lights (both of which are offered to other manufacturers).
