The O/S is not affected by the recent action--what is noted on the website is the correct numbers. As I indicated in the post yesterday, the company had yet to release anymore shares. When the time comes that the company issues more stock through regulated funding, the company will release this information as required by law.

The A/S is what the company is authorized to release. The O/S is the number of shares that are actually released.
