Yes it is better. I am not sure about 12 days that that date is actually the dae it comes out. I could be wrong however my interpretation is the FINAL PHASE IS JUNE 22ND NOT THE RELEASE. Again could be wrong but it seems like to me it is a lot closer than it has been and pure guess within 30 days.
