E*TRADE Update. Early this morning I finally managed to get through to a Level 2 senior manager I deal with, after earlier attempts appeared to get obstructed. I gave him a list of several concerns and suspicions which I will not innumerate here until I hear the outcome of his investigation, but I will be getting to the bottom of exactly what transpired. I then informed him about the latest PR from DSUS.

Coincidentally, within an hour all the various necessary transactions were appearing in Transaction History (reorganization charge / remove old bond qty / add new DSUS qty) but 3 times over with contra entries: add / remove / add - I will be asking for an explanation of that also later.

In any event, it looks like we will be able to trade old and new on-line from tomorrow.
