I used to be a finance major, and trust me, if the future of my career was being based off a not-particularly-honest company that wanted to hire me as a CFO, there is no way I would take it. Until they get their records past whatever time is required to report, I can guarantee they won't have a CFO. Maybe I'm wrong, who knows...but I'm sure if they *are* going to hire one, it'll be "soon."
