I will apologize in advance for my ignorance but I have to ask if you would be able to explain what "triggering the threshold" means in the context of your post(s)? I have seen you mention this numerous times, and I have to admit that I do not understand what it means.
Is this "triggering" something that said entities want to do, or is it an event that said entities cannot avoid?
What is the "threshold" that is being triggered, and is there something, or things, which cause this "triggering"?
If the threshold is "triggered", what happens (in your opinion/prediction)? Does this "threshold triggering" cause something to happen to the stock price, and in your opinion, is the result, generally speaking, a plus, or a minus, for a PTOI shareholder/investor?
I am sorry for peppering you with these questions, and I have tried to do some of my own research by entering this terminology into a search on investment sites (e.g. Investopedia) , but I have to admit that I am just not able to get the concept that I have seen you mention quite a bit. I was hopeful that I would eventually be able to figure it out on my own, but I must admit defeat!
Thanks for any explanation you might be able to provide to an (apparently) slow skeptic.
