No. We will get a PR when the deals are done and it will make NTEK investors very aware of why they raised the A/S to begin with. Don't know how big or small the news will be.
My guess is we will be getting a couple of big PR's before the shareholder meeting, and they might even save some solid news for the meeting itself.
