We understand your concern and are continuing to work with the transfer agent to resolve this matter. We are aware of some conflicting reports to what has or has not occurred with regard to this reorganization. The transfer agent has made the new shares of DSUS eligible for electronic settlement however your old shares are still subject to a manual process. What this means is that your old shares are being re-registered physically and new stock certificates are being issued to settle payment. When that is completed we will update your account accordingly.
