DSUS has a distribution partnership with NASS who produce the LED strobe light - DSUS will get a 17% on sales.
The LED strobe is patented - not sure if that means it is the only LED-powered strobe or not or just the design. LED has huge advantages in weight saving and power requirements - of great importance when fitted to drones.
It is expected that the FAA will mandate the use of strobe lights on drones - either everywhere or it least in the environs of airports - this will create a huge market.
In any event, drones used for Search & Rescue will probably all have strobes fitted so that survivors on the ground can see them and activate their own conspicuity aid - whether that is a personal LED strobe (they cost $89), a flare or just waving their arms.
Consequently there is a huge potential market and it can expected to be an instant revenue earner - developed and on sale now.
