Be patient. I don't believe IR had any inkling that this E-Trade mess would foment into such a headache. As I have stated in the past, it would not be fruitful to be running a PR campaign right now with all the uncertainty with the e-trade share status. Once that is cleared up, the PR campaign can recommence. Until then, it will fall on deaf ears and have no impact.

Unless something egregious is afoot, I would suspect this issue with etrade to be resolved in the next few weeks. yes, this is a bummer. Not everything goes as planned.
