I have to agree as this filing indicates to me that money is coming in either as we speak or shortly as XNRG CEO Jerry MIkolajczyk has either closed a PCT or is about to.

I am confident that XNRG CEO Jerry Mikolajczyk will get it done and when that first PCT closes it will more than satisfy the legit 3a10 settlement and begin the snowballing of more deals to follow.

I am also confident that since this recent 8K gives the feel of money coming in that the auditors will get paid ( if that is what the hold up is) and the late filings will be filed in short order. If that happens that is another indicator that MONEY IS ON ITS WAY IN!

I really love the fact that many months ago XNRG CEO Jerry Mikolajzcyk addressed the reverse split scenario and stated how IT WOULD MAKE NO SENSE at this level, especially for shareholders. Now it would make sense after the PPS rises significantly in order to get to a larger exchange but that would not happen until the deals begin and the PPS increases greatly from here.
