All, I just confirmed with the company that it has, on several occasions, confirmed with the TA that, as stated before, all e-trade shares are held by the DTCC and zero are to be held at e-trade themselves. All of the old shares have been returned to the TA and the TA provided back the new shares to the DTCC last week I believe.

The company told me that they have even contacted a head of the corporate actions dept of etrade, several times I guess, asking why shareholders are being told that the TA has failed to deliver and requested this matter be rectified immediately.

Since this matter has not been rectified yet, the class action suit is our next best option and the company's next best option.
