All I am fed up with E-trade so this is what I am proposing to do and have already sent my email to ir@dsusa.us. The subject should be "E-trade class action information"

I want to file a class action suit against etrade (and yes I am damn serious. I am fed up with their BS and so is DSUSA imo).

Anyone with a block or so of shares that have been told that the company or the TA has not released the shares yet, send an email to IR asking if the company can assist with information to file a class action lawsuit against etrade.

Include your email address, and size of block you are holding. Identify if the count is pre-split or post-split shares.

The rest I will work on with DSUSA to hopefully get the legal paperwork out each of you that want to join in as soon as possible.
