Telling people to sell and buy something else does affect a stock.
Look who took over the ngcg lie hub ibox, flooded it with propaganda, and is listing names of "Longs." Seems a little Jekyl and Hyde to be a "Day Trader and then a "Long" and then a "Day Trader" when they can cash in and move on.
