Very true, it could come at any time. I assume whenever the auditors are finally done with their work, then it should be a simple matter for the CEO to file it electronically on EDGAR. Audits can take a long time, especially if they are not just looking through one single reporting period or quarter and are instead examining with a fine tooth comb the entire history of the company all the way up to the current time. It seems like a monumental task so I for one remain patient though still concerned, as it is for most shareholders fretting over their investments day in day out; goes with the territory of investing. Whenever it comes, I think it will offer a very interesting read for shareholders.
