Damned good points. I don't see what the purpose of going to the SHM would even be. They have proven already that they will tell us what they think we want to hear, whether it has any truth to it or not. The new CEO is not exactly proving to be any better of a communicator than Jeff was, so I'm not sure we'd get any useful information anyway. After hearing the past two SHMs and seeing what was said and what subsequently never happened, I liken the SHM to a political debate. The person on stage is going to say what they want you to hear, and nothing more.
In the past couple of years, I have seen it said time and time again how NTEK is so different from any other microcap. Maybe so...this was the first one I bought into, but I have to say, if this is the best of the best, I won't be investing ANY future money into microcaps. It's readily apparent that you get people trying to run something and they can't find their left hand when their right hand is trying to clap. Not saying I could do better, but I wouldn't accept a job I couldn't do either. So far, the CEO position has been a joke at best. And I can almost guarantee they will not be able to fill that CFO position for at least a year, if not longer. No one will want to base their career reputation of the things that have been happening at NTEK over the past two-to-three years.
