I agree with what you're saying but it will be near impossible for someone to fund 2.5 millIon and not want to have some sort of say or assurance in their investment. All I hope is that it gets done fairly soon with all the media attention on cyber attacks. This could cause some investors to jump on board quickly IMO and get PPS up where we know it can go!
