I wonder if they expected the funds by june 20 and thus chose that as the closing date. Were funds just waiting a public SEC reporting co vehicle to reassure investors?
Given that cyber security is the new warfare you would think this would be a good investment area, including for the government.
btw, WOLV directors-in fulfillment of their fiduciary duties,will make a decision based on what is best for WOLV stock holders, though we assume that decision has largely been made, and Mr Chalk would probably recuse himself from that vote because of his perceived conflict of interest re such vote
