I think the AS raise if it is used for growth I have no problem with at this time. If people see movies uploaded and they are competitive, AS doesnt mean that much ( there are stocks with over 2 billion and still trading 10 times that of ntek pps ) and people will buy just because of the potential.The audit can be done once ultraflix is doing tens of millions so extra expenses for audit when ntek actually needs capital for growth is not cost effective. It's the timing of audit that matters because audit does not attract customers and therefore no cashflow. If there is an audit and does not show impressive numbers then its useless but even though the audit is delayed but shows millions then that matters.
