I think there is a strong chance that the quarterly 2014 reports will need to be restated. The company will want to clean everything up in a few restatements. They will then issue the 2014 10K and followed by the Q1 2015 10Q. This is not the end of the world, but I can't see any sophisticated investors moving in until the financials are audited and filed with the SEC.

Company needs to get them finalized and filed ASAP imo.
