I agree BigSur that the stock has to move in order to utilize the shares released. I was of the mindset that they did this so that we can buy the Canada deal. I believe we have until Aug/Sept to come up with the cash or the deal is off and we owe back to them the money they are advancing.

Anyone know differently?
