Go to the AUG 22 SHM and you'll see a legit company.
Heck 95% of penny stocks don't even hold a SHM.
This is the most transparent penny company I've ever seen.

Same day the A/S was raised they announced the AUG 22 SHM.
So they are clearly saying in that move the reason will be explained
at the SHM why they made the move if not a lot sooner.

Imo the bigger weight on the stock here in June is Sony
cant get UF on its 4K tvs which was due last month +
we are not getting much content uploaded to UF even though
a lot is said to be "coming soon".

So yes the stock could go lower next week without news
unless big support shows up...That said I'm 99% sure
we'll be much higher than .012 by the AUG 22 SHM
