trading @ .003 ? Sure looks like an insane valuation.
With currently 110 O/S mkt cap is $330,000 ??????

This for a company that has forecasted 4.5-.8.5M revs
2015 and be PROFITABLE...Not only that they have
count them $$$ 5 $$$ potential tests either in submission
with or about to be for FDA approval...The big one is their
Ovarian Cancer test when/if approved by FDA would
SKYROCKET their annual revenues to potentially $100M
a yr. They would get 41.7% of that with their ownership in
shares of AVDX....Plus they have patented rights to
commercialize a test for pathogens on food in conjunction
with the USDS....

Yes convertibles are being currently exchanged for shares
and that could raise the O/S significantly in the short term,
but even if they diluted this all the way to the 480 A/S with
the stock @ .003 ???? it would still be ridiculously cheap
with all this company has going for it.

Will be really fascinating to see how this plays out in
the coming weeks once the dilution ends..
