I hope you are right. It is so blatant and wide spread throughout the OTC and especially in the pinks. I wonder if one brave company and a large band of lawyers will actually make a dent in their operations.
In the big picture, it sounds like the company has a plan to grow revenue in the short term without requiring additional funding. If that is the case, then, we need not worry about the here and now in pinky land and simply wait out the storm as we attempt to rise above the stench.
Perhaps I am being Naive, but, there are not 1200 posters on iHub. Ergo, iHub viewers and posters are a mere fraction of the folks that will apply upward pressure the pps once we are out of the pinks. That, of course, will have it's own set of pit falls. We shall see.
