I am pretty certain that I heard Kerry say that it would a 1:1 swap option. I don't recall any number mentioned with regards to a cash value. Therefore, the scenario would be either the cash value is aligned with the pps at the time of execution, or, the execution/redemption date is pushed out until such alignment exists.
