All things being equal....a lawsuit of that type would be hugely expensive, and risky. It would actually make more sense for a third party moderator to come in and develop a settlement agreement in which no further harm could be done, and things move forward in a business like manner. Now, those clowns on the outside of H/C I would not call safe in any structure. I think they left themselves wide open for action. JMO of course. Have a great weekend all. GLTA
