Just ask your broker to set up a roth .
You can trade, it is a cash account, not margin.You have to wait for the trade to clear before you can sell it (3 days)
You can even transfer your shares to it.
Pay tax on the cash value now (before NTEK goes up)
Can't withdraw before age 57.5.
Really simple to set up.
