There's more to it I think. I think there was concern of a takeover too by trellus and in 2009 Novel probably had limited value, also Epic provides a lot of the technical know how. Remember Epics president is Elite's CTO. It is a very symbiotic relationship and one of the reasons why I don't worry about Elite's future.
