The catch 22 is that we don't really know what the time frame is for cert redemption. So it's difficult to know which of the two options to vote for.
If it's a couple of months the DSUS share price might be much more than .20, so
that makes the 1:1 share redemption a better deal.
If it's much sooner than that, you might be much better off taking the .20/share and buying more of the cheaper DSUS shares on the open market.
