imo that is certainly a possibility
but i don't see that time line until 2017 - 2018
it will be both far enough along to understand potential of P2O
(say for example if OBG creates a separate division for plastics 2 oil)
but *early* enough to still be affordable .. and clearly if it's worth OBG
to become a pubco .. i'd lean towards a yes (today) on that ? based on
OBG's current diversified clientele base
