I think OBG will want to fabricate their own kilns, towers, etc.
When PTOI has cash available I think the existing processors go into the NF facility to make the site commercially and financially viable on a stand alone basis.
After a period of time of operating the facility a value can be determined and the entire site sold. I think it will take a couple million dollars or so to make that happen. I do think the balance due of around $500k will get paid at some point, the processors will be installed and at the end of the day result in a handsome return for PTOI but really end up as just a side note in the scheme of things.
I don't think OBG is willing to rely on a third party fabricator. I expect OBG will manufacture any processors they install and operate for ECO and for ECO's customers.
