funny how atty impersonated is out of TX
and that TX >> Race track pertained to *assets* and PENSON
which of course had to be *imploded* for *obvious* reasons
but clearly *Kay* aka Andrew's *bosses* (and i use that word loosely)
have a problem with TelVue's continued execution .. my thinking early
last year .. was it was all connected to ROKU's musings about an IPO
time will tell if that is correct
