BioCube (BICB .056) holds 51% interest in IUT Technical, a German company that sells and deploys security devises for dockside containers (currently under contract with NATO) vapor detectors for hazardous vapors and handheld marijuana detectors may be on the verge of selling out to a very well known chemical manufacturer, military supplier listed on the NYSE. @ $31.19 per share.
