Guys I have been given the impression that this AS increase has to do with the giant news I have been told would be coming. Based on what I know of situations like this and what I have been told, my guess would be a merger of some type. But we shall see.

I do know this fall today was way over done. Everyone knew an AS increase was coming, and its only 400 M shares. I have seen WAYYYYY worse.
