Just spoke with Dan IR: We will be getting a shareholder update from the company themselves soon. I know everybody hates that term "soon", but at least the company will address the shareholders. I apologize I don't have an exact time or day.
According to IR the raised Authorized Shares is for a BIG REASON that shareholders wouldn't argue with. (Very Vague) But that's all Dan is allowed
to say at this point, because the details are very sensitive!
Looks like we finally got are date for the shareholder meeting! That's awesome!
