My response to your questions,
I don't know what exactly it takes but what I do know is, Longs have continued to support NTEK with their money. In return NTEK was to hold regular quarterly conference calls or at least a shareholder letter. Here we are just 3 months later and where are we? No quarterly conference call, no shareholder letter, a pps that has declined more than 50% as of the close Monday and now another increase 400 million shares. That is what I know. The rest is nothing but pure speculation until NTEK makes a statement and answers the questions regarding Q1 fins.
