I think the run to .17 was orchestrated by a front loaded group of players who have been flipping and shorting this stock into oblivion. Those , me included, who bought @ .10 or that neighborhood, have been had . Our shares are being played to a point where frustration will cause enough to sell, thus keeping the price down until and if uplisting occurs, and our long shares become worthtless.
