just the awareness that the shits have to actually have *legit* sells to pull from

me that entity was on their knees) .. split ran exactly 80M from original crew
(2009 to April 2012) to 80M for aromatics (May 2012 to last Fall)
notice when IB *re-accessed* PTOI *shares* after 90 + days MIA (Sept 2014 to EO Dec 2014)
and then take note of what *legal* short data showed (reported) for EOY 2014
