NEWS! NTEK shareholders still wondering what happened to quarterly conference call.
NTEK shareholders still not sure what's going on with last quarters earnings.
NTEK shareholders still have no confirmed idea how many subs/unique users are signed up with UltraFlix, (an extremely important metric for measuring future growth and earnings)
NTEK shareholders have asked very specific questions that were discussed by NTEK management during the conference call and subsequent shareholder letter. The response(s) if any have been vague at best and in some cases not even addressed.
NTEK shareholders, many of us anyway, have been extremely loyal.
While I am not happy about the A/S increase, it's better that it happened after hours so as to avoid a massive short attack. But that is only IF news regarding the increase is released tonight or pre market tomorrow and it justifies or at the very least explains the companies reasoning for 40% increase (pre-dilutive) shares to be added.
If the company chooses to remain silent on this, I expect the shorts will be salivating in the morning and we revisit the sub .01 territory.
While I love the product, I'm making every effort possible to remain positive about the stock. I'm hoping for some specific news that will justify this move.
A quarterly shareholder conference call or specific shareholder letter would have been nice since that is what we were told we would get as NTEK moves forward. Maybe, just maybe the letter will come before the open tomorrow.
Disclosure: I own quite a few shares of NTEK, have never sold a single share and regardless of the news I still can't justify selling. Too much potential to walk away but just damn, help us out a little, pretty please!
