The Respondents PLAY here is: Do nothing. Tic...Toc...HC is STALLING for TIME.
WHEN A GOVERNMENT AGENCY KNOWS THEY ARE GOING TO LOSE, they ALWAYS STALL to buy TIME to calculate THIER position.

ADD another 30 days to the Judicial clock.
